About this apartment rental
This large sun filled northeast facing 2 storey apartment with 2 bedrooms and, 2 bathrooms for 6, has a large balcony and sweeping views across Swindlers Valley towards the slopes and Mount Feathertop.
The apartment comes with two secure undercover car parks (2.3m height restriction) in the apartment block and has all the luxuries you would expect from such a complex such as Free WIFI, private drying room and secure ski locker. The main living area includes a full kitchen with stainless appliances, dishwasher and the dining table seats up to eight guests.
The master bedroom sleeps 2 in a queen size bed and has an ensuite. The second bedroom has a queen size bed and king single bed with trundle (sleeps adults) that can also be converted to a Queen Bed.
The second bathroom has a shower over spa bath and separate toilet. There is a full laundry with separate washing machine and dryer, sink, work bench, iron and ironing board. The apartment has its own drying room in the apartment as well as well as a separate lockup Ski Locker downstairs.
All bedding and linen are provided in the winter season. Close to Village bus, Jack Frost, General Store and the Big D, "Alpine Bliss" is for the guest who expects that little bit more.
Davenport Access trail across the rd. Children's play area and cross country skiing trail at rear of property.
NOTE - the use of guests own portable cooking utensils such as woks powered by portable gas is NOT allowed in the apartment. It may set off the building fire alarm and if this occurs the owner will charge the guest $500 from their damage deposit. Please note the building manager can see if guests disconnect fire alarms and this is illegal.

What a wonderful stay. Large living area perfect for spending time together, while preparing a meal in the well stocked kitchen and comfortable bedrooms and modern bathrooms upstairs. Across the road - ski direct to lifts using the Davenport track. Easy free bus at end of the day. Walking distance to dining options. The double undercover carport was also super handy.
