The owner and his staff are very accomodating and welcoming. They make sure their guests are comfortable and enjoying.
The traditional music with the other guests on my second night of stay was fire!!!! 🔥🔥🔥😎❤️ I enjoyed every bit of my stay in this calm, peaceful and serene place. The food they served during my stay was different every single time — which i all enjoyed. ❤️
Also, they have friendly cats and dogs!!!
Probably the charging port being only available in the common place. This was because probably to save energy and electricity, which i understand.

The place is great. We did not have to wait much for them to pick us up (since you have to get there by camel, squad or 4x4). The staff is awesome and are willing to make the experience the best possible. It was my daughter's birthday and they even brought a big cake with her name on it (and they literally didn't have to do it at all). Book the experiences cause they are really nice and run by professionals. Thanks so much for this experience guys, we will always remember it!
Nothing really, everything was more than expected.

I specifically liked the optional activities. There was an excellent choice range. Would not pass on the camels and the quads. Also sand boarding was something great. I would just recommend getting someone at the camp to help you out since it’s harder than it looks.
Nothing everything is perfect
