Our stay at the Palifitos over‑water bungalows in Mexico was nothing short of unforgettable. From the moment we arrived, it felt like stepping into a postcard—turquoise water beneath our feet, warm breezes, and a level of service that set a new standard for luxury.
The highlight of our trip was our incredible butler Liz. Attentive without ever being intrusive, they anticipated our needs before we even voiced them. Alfonso was hilarious and the highlight of our das with his wild sense of humor.
And the food—absolutely phenomenal. Every meal felt like a curated culinary moment. Fresh seafood, vibrant local flavors, beautifully plated dishes, and desserts that made it impossible not to indulge. Even room service felt gourmet. Very attentive about allergies.
Between the serene setting, the exceptional service, and the unforgettable meals, this getaway was pure magic. If you’re looking for a place that blends relaxation, romance, and world‑class hospitality, these over‑water bungalows are truly worth it

The lobster and shrimp options. The friendliness of the staff. The bungalow was a great experience.
Seaweed, outdoor shower didn’t work, limited food options outside of Palafitos.

Everything was amazing from the food, the staff, available amenities, excursions, and always being attentive and communicating!
If anyone can find anything wrong I have $1000 personally I will send them!
