Property in an ideal location, the beach is 30 seconds away with a long promenade to walk up and down.,I highly recommend watching the sunset by the beach, it really us amazing , the town center is a 10 mins away with plenty of shops and resteraunts. There are also resteraunts below the apartment. The apartment is lovely and spacious (3 bedrooms, 1 bathroom) with a small balcony (the sun hits the balcony for a few hours late afternoon) Our daughter loved the swimming pool which is located in the apartment complex, there is 1 small pool for toddlers and a bigger one. It never got too busy and there is also a pool bar with food and refreshments. A shoutout to Antonio and his son Ruben who where so supportive throughout. As non Spanish speakers there was some adjustment for us with Sancular mainly populated by Spanish people but Antonio and Ruben where excellent with providing recommendnations on resteraunts and support whenever we needed it. It was greatly appreciated.

As I said us been non Spanish speakers, it took time for us to adjust and learn some key Spanish phrases. That was on us and more a callout for others visiting.

La ubicación del apartamento es perfecta, junto a la playa y muy cerca del centro y Bajo de Guía. Tiene 3 habitaciones amplias para 2 personas y 1 baño. El anfitrión nos explicó perfectamente los servicios del apartamento y diferentes opciones de ocio en Sanlúcar. Para repetir

Très bel appartement idéalement situé pour aller et venir très agréablement dans Sanlucar que ce soit à pied ou en voiture. Magnifique aménagement, cuisine totalement équipée et très agréable, salle à manger et salon spacieux et donnant sur une belle terrasse. 3 chambres bien équipées et avec une literie très confortable et le tout, au calme. Et le gros plus de l'appartement, un parking sécurisé qui permet de stationner son véhicule très facilement. un lieu magnifique que je recommande vraiment pour passer un beau moment à Sanlucar. Merci de tout coeur à Antonio qui est très attentionné et qui est en permanence à disposition. J'espère avoir le plaisir d'y revenir
