La ubicación es perfecta. Las habitaciones amplias y camas cómodas. Disponer de 3 baños cuando vas un grupo es muy cómodo. Tiene aire acondicionado, aunque el de las.habitaciones no es muy potente.
Necesita reforma. No tiene parking, a pesar de que en la descripción aparece con servicio de parking. No tiene terraza o balcón.

Квартира расположена в самом центре города, при этом звукоизоляция прекрасная - мы спокойно спали даже во время финала чемпионата по футболу, который Испания выиграла. Красивый интерьер и внутренний двор. Хозяйка свободно говорит по английски и очень приятна в общении.
Если включить все кондиционеры и начать готовить на плите, то отключается электричество. Нам не хватало wifi и посудомоечной машины, но об этом мы знали заранее.

Los puntos positivos a destacar serían: la ubicación si te gusta la fiesta, bares, y estar cerca de los restaurantes, tiene tres baños que eso hace más cómoda la estancia y en cada habitación los aires acondicionados.
Lo que más destacaría es que hay muchísimo ruido, algunas habitaciones dan a la calle que está llena de bares que no cierran hasta la madrugada y otras dan al patio interior en el que hay SEIS garitos que hasta las 03:00 no cierran, muy difícil dormir. Imprescindible tapones y antifaz, no hay persianas. El aspecto del apartamento es viejo, y al estar tan céntrico... Aparcas a las afueras.
