About this apartment rental
The solid apartment about 65 m² on the ground floor and upper floor is on the edge of a grown residential area near the center of Hohenkirchen (200 m).
Good shopping, restaurants and 'Wangermeer' (lake with sandy beach) and children's town 'Wangerland' about 400 m.

Ground floor: kitchen (4 ceramic hobs, oven, dishwasher, coffee machine, kettle, toaster, refrigerator without freezer. Dining area at the counter for 2 persons.

From the kitchen to the wooden staircase to the upper floor: 1 double room
from here you can reach the balcony.
On the balcony are garden furniture.
The stairs to the bedroom and balcony is very steep. Older people or disabled people, this apartment is therefore not recommended.

Closed garage for bicycles.

Hatten einen schönen Aufenthalt und würden sicher nochmal wiederkommen wenn wir in die Gegend reisen. Strände etc sind gut erreichbar. Alles vor Ort was man für einen entspannten Urlaub brauche. Restaurants sollte man reservieren

Die Ferienwohnung hat uns gut gefallen. Sie war sauber, schön eingerichtet und im "Küstenstil" dekoriert.
Im Bad gab es sogar eine Fußbodenheizung. Die Küche war sehr umfassend ausgestattet. Eine weitere Besonderheit war der Balkon auf der ersten Etage, der etwas zurückgesetzt war und sich daher unter dem Hausdach befand. Auf dem Balkon befand sich zur Linken eine gemütlich gepolsterte Bank mit Beleuchtung für die Abendstunden; außerdem einen Tisch mit zwei Gartensesseln. Erwähnenswert ist, dass die Treppe zwischen Erdgeschoss und Obergeschoss für Menschen, die sich unsicher auf ihrer Beinen fühlen, den Spaß am Aufenthalt trüben könnte. Die Wohnung war nahe am Ortszentrum mit Bäcker und Kirche gelegen. Drei Supermärkte waren fußläufig bequem erreichbar. Ich könnte mir gut vorstellen wieder in der Wohnung unterzukommen.

Die Wohnung ist gemütlich und zweckmäßig eingerichtet, für zwei Personen ist mehr als ausreichend Geschirr vorhanden.
Besonders schön und liebevoll hergerichtet ist der Balkon, der quasi ein zweites kleines Wohnzimmer darstellt.
Einkaufsmöglichkeiten (Kibitzmarkt, Aldi, Lidl) befinden sich in fußläufiger Nähe, aber nicht so nah, dass sie stören würden. Ebenso Restaurant, Imbiss und Teestübchen.
Der Kontakt zu den Vermietern war sehr entspannt und freundlich, Fragen wurden umgehend beantwortet und weitere Hilfe angeboten.
Insgesamt ein rundum schöner Urlaub - gerne wieder!
