About this apartment rental

Apartment house "Alter Bahnhof". In the resort 500 m from the centre of Neugarmssiel, 5 km from the centre of Carolinensiel, 30 km from the centre of Wilhelmshaven, 5 km from the sea. For shared use: property. In the house: central heating system. Parking at the house. Supermarket 5 km, restaurant 5 km, bus stop 200 m, 5 km, outdoor swimming pool 5 km. Marina 5 km, golf course (18 hole) 24 km.
3-room apartment 60 m2 on 2 levels, on the ground floor. Cosy and wooden furniture furnishings: living/dining room with satellite TV, radio and CD-player. Exit to the patio. Small kitchen (oven, 4 ceramic glass hob hotplates, toaster, kettle, electric coffee machine). Shower/WC. Upper floor: (spiral staircase), 1 room with 1 double bed. 1 room with 2 beds. Terrace. Terrace furniture. Facilities: children's high chair, baby cot. Please note: non-smokers only. Maximum 1 pet/ dog allowed.

Wir sind sehr freundlich empfangen worden. Die Zimmer waren sauber und geräumig. Badezimmer war ausreichend um sich der körperlichen Pflege zu betätigen. Einziges Manko ,das Objekt ist Direkt an einer Hauptstraße und wenn ein Auto vorbei fährt wackelt das Haus, was natürlich dem alter entsprechend ist. Wir kommen gerne wieder

Es war eine sehr schöne und gemütliche Wohnung. Es war alles da, was man braucht für einen Kurzurlaub.

Niedlicher Teil des ehemaligen Bahnhofgebäudes, leider etwas zu undichte, nicht lärmgedämmte Fenster, da direkt an der Hauptstraße gelegen. Der zugewiesene PKW-Parkplatz ist mit mittelgroßem Kombi nur schwer zu erreichen, da eine Verkehrsinsel die Zufahrt erschwert, ansonsten hatten wir ein paar schöne Tage dort.

Wir hatten nach einem eingezäunten Grundstück gesucht weil wir eigentlich unseren Hund mitnehmen wollten, leider war es nicht eingezäunt. Die Wohnung war sehr sauber und super ausgestattet. Allerdings war eine Lampe im Bad kaputt und die Abzugshaube in der Küche, da sind die Schalter kaputt gewesen. Es besteht Renovierungsbedarf, allerdings hat uns das nicht weiter gestört, da wir die meiste Zeit unterwegs waren.

Da die Unterkunft direkt an einer Landstraße, mit Kreuzung liegt, viel Verkehr. Für Menschen die damit umgehen können, kein Thema, weil ansonsten sehr schöne und saubere FW.

Die Wohnung ist sehr schön mit oben gelegenen Schlafzimmern, einer kleinen Küche und einem Bad mit Dusche. Alles ist hell und freundlich. Uns hat nur das WLAN gefehlt und vielleicht ein paar Küchenhandtücher.

Nette saubere geräumige Wohnung,einziges Manko die Nähe zur Hauptstrasse,( Strassenlärm tagsüber,Nachts hielt sich in Grenzen)

Ordentliche Raumaufteilung, sehr laut durch die nahe Straße, Parkplatz ist eine Zumutung. Ein gewisser Renovierungsbedarf ist innen und außen nicht zu verleugnen. Problemlose und freundliche Übergabe. Haus war innen aufgeräumt und sauber.
