Près d’un supermarché. Relativement bien équipé
Moisissures dans la salle de bain et sur les murs. Loin du centre (mais c’était inscrit dans l’annonce). Pas de personnalité.

Достатньо чисто, техніка працювала, було все необхідне для приготування їжі, не було проблеми з паркінгом.
Квартира знаходиться в старому будинку на 1-му поверсі, був тухлий запах всередині, в душовій кабіні погано стікала вода. Одразу збоку знаходиться алкомагазин. І часто контингент там був дуже «цікавий». До найближчого пляжу Жнян потрібно добре пройтися, 1.4 км якщо бути точною, а підніматися назад під гірку.
