New luxury home located at the top of Main St, on Madaket Rd bike path! Spa and hotel amenities, heated pool, in your very own single family home!

Living Room has 3 seat sofa, Love Seat, two wide swivel chairs, and 55 inch flat screen TV. Living Room couch doubles as a pull out Queen bed. Also has a gas log fireplace.
Basement entertainment area with wrap around couch, 75 inch TV, dinette, bonus custom upholstered nook to catch some zZz’s or read your favorite book.
Sonos surround sound system in kitchen, dining, family room, basement, and outdoor deck.
State of the art kitchen featuring custom cabinetry, white quartz counter tops, large island and professional series appliance package including Thermador 6 burner gas stove. Serena and Lily bar stools. Nespresso coffee maker. Ninja blender.
Sun drenched dining area has built in banquette with custom upholstery and sits 8-10 people.
Custom built in wet bar with sink and under counter beverage center in both kitchen and basement.

Beautiful new home in the heart of Nantucket close to downtown, close to the beaches and a beautiful pool and fire pit for when you just want to relax. A kitchen filled with anything you might need to create gorgeous meals.
Top notch communication both from the owner and in documentation left at the home.

We had an amazing trip. The weather was terrific. The house is perfect and so close to town. Loved the Nantucket esthetic of the home. The outside yard and pool were wonderful.
