Extremely disappointing experience – avoid at all costs!

Only the location is good.

Extremely disappointing experience – avoid at all costs I visit Limenas at least three times a year, and I have never encountered such a poorly managed and misleading place. First of all, the photos of the rooms have absolutely nothing to do with reality. What we found upon arrival was far from what was advertised. Even worse, the communication was chaotic – we received a message at the very last minute asking us which room we had booked, only after I reminded them that we were checking in that day. The cleanliness was appalling. While one of the rooms was being “cleaned”, the previous guests’ trash bag was left in the bathroom sink – the very place where we brush our teeth and wash our face. Completely unacceptable. And if that wasn’t enough, check-out was the final insult. Although it’s clearly written in several places that check-out is at 11:00, the staff entered our room without knocking at 10:30, using their key, and told us to leave immediately. We were literally kicked out. I rarely write negative reviews, but this experience was beyond frustrating. It’s one thing to have minor inconveniences; it’s another to feel unwelcome, deceived, and disrespected. There are far better places in Limenas – do yourself a favor and book elsewhere.

The perfect location for a vacation

The owner was unbelievable, she was very nice with us. The room was cleaned every day. Overall a perfect location.

There was a little problem with the main road that was in front of the building, it was a little noisy, but overall not that bad.

Great accommodation for a good price

The room was clean and in walking distance to the center. Host Lucia and the other employees were always incredibly friendly, even provided us with homemade cheese pies and offered to wash our clothing. All in all a great experience and we would definitely consider this accommodation again

Only point worth mentioning is that it can be a little noisy due to the main road close-by which is frequently used by loud motorcycles.

Aere condiționate vechi și infecte nu am Putut dori de zgomot , personal neospitalier , camerele nu sunt deloc cum arată în poze , nu au parcare trebuie să cauți sau să îți lași mașina în stradă , deloc izolată se aude și când tușește vecinul să nu mai zic de motocicletele de pe stradă și atvuri , în dormitor are geam care de pe hol și toată lumina îți bate în dormitor , la urcatul scărilor dai cu capul și nu am înălțime foarte mare , într-un cuvânt groaznic

Вратата на студиото не се заключва отвътре. Обещаният “паркинг”, беше малък, винаги пълен и когато се свързахме на 10-тото позвъняване със собственика, ни се отговори “намирайте си къде да паркирате, бе, госпожо”. Помолихме студиото да е с отделни легла, потвърдиха ни го, но не беше така, когато пристигнахме. Вратата на душ кабината беше счупена и се разкачаше, поставката за самия душ - изобщо я нямаше. Имахме проблеми с казанчето на тоалетната. Изключително шумно, по цяла нощ се дава газ на моторчета и коли. Доста неприятно преживяване, нулева асистенция и връзка със собствениците, нямаше абсолютно нито един служител, към когото да се обърнем за асистенция, хигиената под въпрос, лошо отношение.

Otel çok gürültülü. Sabah 8.30 da temizlikçi kadın müthiş sesli bir şekilde oteli temizlemeye başlıyor sanki otelde kimse yokmuş gibi, birde telefon konuşması var ki bağıra bağıra 10 km den duyuluyor. 3 gece kalacaktık parasını ödedim ama 2 gece dayanabildim. Kesinlikle tavsiye etmiyorum.
