Õues lamamistoolid ja söömise nurk hea samuti saab terrassil istuda. Suur muruplats Toas saab mugavalt kohvi teha. Tuba väike aga koik olemas ka külmik ning šeif. Parkimine mugav
WC seepi vähe. WC pott asub liig kõrgel seega lühikesel inimesel ebamugav istuda.
