Bardzo czysto i schludnie, bez niechcianych lokatorów. Lokalizacja bardzo przyjemna, gdy ma się samochód. W okolicy sporo knajp, dostępne także muzeum.
W pokoju trochę ciężko się poruszać przy rozstawionej jednej z dwóch kanap. Ogólnie przestrzeń życiowa w pokoju z łazienką mała, nie wiem na ile byłoby to komfortowe dla 3-4 osób, ale jako baza wypadowa dla 2 osób-było okej, a cena była dość niska. Bez samochodu trochę przydługi spacer do plaży
