About this cottage rental
This cottage is as adorable on the inside as it is on the outside. Unique oversized lot with room to entertain, 2 car parking, less than a 600 feet from Long Sands Beach, tall hedges create a private get-away. Beautiful primary bedroom with queen size bed and plenty of windows provide a welcomed breeze, a great retreat after a long day at the beach. Second bedroom has 2 twin size beds.
Fully stocked kitchen with plates and utensils for 8. Pots and pans, lobster pots, microwave, toaster oven, Keurig Coffee Maker, blender, dishwasher, refrigerator, stove, smart TV, bikes, outdoor shower, and Weber gas grill on site.
We have beach chairs, cooler, bocce ball, beach toys, beach cart to carry all your beach essentials, trash pick up every Tuesday, recycling available.
Bring your own blankets, sheets and towels, soap, shampoo etc.
No smoking, No pets.

My family and I recently stayed at the flamingo cottage at long sands and it was fantastic. The cottage is very clean, spacious and has everything you need with a secluded side yard for you to enjoy. The outdoor shower was a great addition especially trying to get young children cleaned up after a day at the beach. The location is great as long sands beach is a quick walk down the road. Mel was a great host who greeted us when we got there, and showed us around the cottage. I would highly recommend this vacation rental.

Perfect summer beach cottage. Homey and comfortable. We loved the flamingo theme throughout. Very clean and the private back yard offered a great space to relax and socialize or read. Love the outdoor shower! Kitchen was well stocked with dishes, glasses utensils, pots, pans etc. Quiet neighbors. It was the perfect getaway!

We had a wonderful stay as this adorable cottage. It was within walking distance of Long Sands and we loved the private backyard.. a great place for morning coffee and an outdoor shower. Mel was a great host and check in was seamless
