beautiful old mansion very comfortable
could not control the radiator in my room to reduce the heat (but it was very cold outside so this wasn't too much of a problem 😅)

Beautiful; easy check-in/check-out; comfortable
I didn’t know what to when there was an issue. My room was so hot but I just dealt with it. And there were people downstairs making noise all night and I just dealt with it.

The in-room shower and the bed were great. The garden was well maintained.We appreciated the historic nature of the property and the owners efforts to maintain and develop it. Resident cats and one big dog a plus for us.
Topography of the area is difficult for us who rely on walking and public transit. Breakfast would be about a half mile walk, so this really isn't a bed & breakfast per se. Tho we knew about the meal when we booked, having to go to a grocery store three quarters of a mile away to collect breakfast items made the reality a dissatisfier. Room did not have much natural light. Seating in the room was uncomfortable.
