"Megara on the Beach" Villa is a unique property, just 15 meters from the sea in a 5,000-acre oasis of green and nature. It can accommodate up to 10 people and its terrace offers spectacular sea views. You can enjoy your breakfast or drink while relaxing in the sun or in the shade, listening to the waves, swim οr dive in the clear blue waters, or even make a succulent meal at the fully-equipped built-in barbecue.
The villa has four bedrooms, two with double beds and the other two with a total of four single beds. The furnished kitchen is open-plan while the elegant living room has a fireplace, which offers a touch of warmth. The villa has three bathrooms with shower, Wi-Fi, air conditioning, hot water boiler, dishwasher, iron, hairdryer and fully equiped barbecue.

The house is clean, comfortable and tastefully decorated. It is literally on the beach. The beach was reasonably quiet on week days though a busy on weekends.

Really nicely laid out house in tastefully decorated in muted palette. We really enjoyed it here!. It has with expansive terrace with really beautiful views of the sea and hills across the bay, all framed by mature garden of olives, palms, catcti, and pine trees with birds flitting about. There's a built in barbecue, marble dining table, shade over the terrace and soft loungers to chill out in. It's right by the sea with access to the rocks pools straight out of a couple of gates in the garden, and a lovely beach about 30 seconds away.
It felt spacious for our family of four, but might be more of a squeeze for 10, and might struggle if the weather meant you had to stay indoors.
The local beach is secluded, pebbly, but small pebbles so not much of a problem, and the bay makes it feel private. Some locals swam and fished here in the week and more families turned up in the weekend, but a really nice atmosphere. There are a couple of supermarkets in nearby Megara, but other than that not much going on. I think the next beach had a few restaurants. It's a quite place and looks a bit post industrial. We stayed mostly in the house and just truly relaxed.

The house is in a very good position, you walk only several meters right knto the ocean. 5 Minutes along the coast and you are in a nice bay for cliff jumping. The nearest supermarket is about 10 minutes by car. House was tidy, kitchen was very good and the outdoor grill is very nice as well.

Superbe maison. Grande terrasse ombragée. Accès direct à la mer depuis le fond du jardin. Permet de rayonner sur Athènes et ses environs. Très bien.
