Agora Luxury Villa I

Our stay at Agora Luxury Villa I in Loutraki was absolutely wonderful. We were a family of four—two adults and two children—and we truly enjoyed every moment of our vacation. The villa was spacious, beautifully maintained, and fully equipped with everything we needed. Our bedroom was a huge master suite, extremely comfortable and perfect for relaxing. The property also features a private jacuzzi and sauna, which made our stay even more enjoyable. One of the things we appreciated most was the privacy. The villa has its own private land and garden, so our children could safely play outside while we relaxed without any worries. It was a great feeling to know they had plenty of space to enjoy themselves in a secure environment. Although the villa is located nearby the center of Loutraki and coastline ,directly opposite Club Hotel Casino Loutraki, it was surprisingly peaceful and surrounded by beautiful greenery. We also had private parking, which was a great advantage. Mrs. Mihaela was an exceptional hostess. She provided clear and easy self-check-in instructions before our arrival, making the whole process simple and stress-free. She was very friendly, helpful, and always available if we needed anything. Overall, staying at Agora Luxury Villa I was a fantastic experience. We highly recommend it to anyone looking for a luxurious, peaceful, and family-friendly place to stay in Loutraki. We would definitely love to return.

We had an amazing stay at Agora Luxury Villa I in Loutraki! Everything was absolutely fantastic. Even though we made our reservation at the last minute, the villa was perfectly prepared and fully equipped when we arrived. We were pleasantly surprised by the warm welcome, with fresh fruit and a bottle of champagne waiting for our group of five. The villa was beautiful, spotless, and offered excellent amenities, including a private swimming pool, a jacuzzi, and private parking. The self check-in process was incredibly easy, as we received clear instructions in advance, making it simple to access the property. What impressed us the most was the exceptional hospitality. As soon as we arrived, the hostess contacted us to make sure everything was perfect and asked if we needed any assistance. She was friendly, attentive, and genuinely cared about making our stay enjoyable. We were extremely happy and completely satisfied with every detail. We highly recommend Agora Luxury Villa I to anyone looking for a luxurious, comfortable, and stress-free stay in Loutraki. We will definitely be coming back!

Beautiful luxurious villa, great location, loved the extra touches, jacuzzi, and option to open the roof on the top floor

Television didn’t work and no one could help us as it was the weekend. 2 bedrooms are in the basement and often during the night there is a loud noise (sounds like a pump) in the room next to the elevator. Washing machine in basement bathroom so not much space.

A képek jobbára a valóságot tükrözik. (A "jacuzzi" nem.) Alapvetően jó szállás, de luxusnak azért nem nevezhető. A tisztaság megfelelő volt.

A szállásadó kommunikációja és vendéghez való hozzáállása - mint már más is írta itt - BOTRÁNYOS, TRAGIKUS! Konkrétan rám nyomta a telefont, mikor a többedik megoldandó problémát jeleztem, azt gondolom, ilyet egy szállásadó soha nem tehet egy vendégével. Még Ő volt felháborodva a jelzéseken, pedig ezen problémáknak elő sem szabadott volna fordulnia: Telefonon előzetesen szándékosan kértem, hogy minden működjön és legyen rendben, mert nagyon sok pénzt fizettünk a szállásért és szeretnénk minden felszereltségét élvezni. Erre ígéretet kaptunk, hogy legyek nyugodt, minden rendben lesz, még érkezés előtt is át fogják nézni még egyszer a dolgokat. Ehhez képest: Első perctől nem működött a nyitható tető, ezt jelzésre próbálták orvosolni, de egy hét alatt sem sikerült, szörnyű meleg volt a legfelső szinten. Nem működött a szauna, ezt második nap megjavították, ott őriztem a villanyszerelőt 1-2 óráig, ahelyett, hogy a tengerben fürödtem volna. Az 5 nem működő konnektort pl. nem is sikerült megjavítania. A lenti gardróbban világítás sem volt, csak egy szigetelt kábel lóg ki a mennyezetből. A legalsó szinten a Wifi nem működik. A jacuzzi inkább egy részben működő (két fúvóka) pezsgő fürdőkádnak nevezhető, nagyon max. 2 fő. A medence falevelektől való tisztán tartásához egy hálót a szomszédból kellett "kölcsönöznünk", mert nem volt biztosított. A wc papír és szemeteszsák pótlását külön kérnem kellett, mert nem gondoskodtak a megfelelő mennyiségről. A szemét napokig büdösödhet a teraszon, el csak kérésre vitték, nincs hova tenni. Ajánlani jó szívvel sajnos nem tudom a szállást, a kisebb-nagyobb problémák, de LEGFŐKÉPP A SZÁLLÁSADÓ MAGATARTÁSA MIATT!
