Welcome to our pristine, spacious 4 bedroom, 3.5 bath home in Norfolk. Featuring 1 king bed, 2 queens, 1 set of bunks, plus a crib set up and ready to go, it’s ideal for families traveling together! OTHER THINGS TO NOTE / HOUSE RULES

There are cameras on the exterior of the home. They are motion activated, records video and audio, and are active during reservations. There is also a decibel monitoring device located in the home. This is a smart device that measures decibel levels only and allows us to respond to extremely loud and sustained volumes. It does NOT record conversation, it only measures decibel levels. This helps us to avoid unauthorized parties. Our goal is for our guests and neighbors to both have an enjoyable experience!

*No smoking allowed (weed or cigarettes) - evidence will incur a $500 minimum fine. Please smoke away from the home away from windows or doors and dispose of cigarette butts properly.

*Any visitors must also be listed in the guest count. Minimum fine of $50 per person per night will apply for any undisclosed guests. The city is strict about maximum occupancy including visitors and we cannot allow more than the maximum guest count at any one time.

*Please observe a 9 p.m.- 8 a.m. quiet hour for our neighbors. They are our utmost priority to continue to operate short term rentals for years to come. Noise violations are taken seriously and will have one courtesy warning before removal without repayment for nights unspent.

*Our place is not for parties. $500 minimum fine for parties. A party is defined by any more than the maximum amount of occupants in the home at any one time (guest maximum can be found in the listing). No refund will be given for nights unspent if we are forced to terminate the reservation due to a party. We want you to have a great time with up to the maximum number of guests in the house, including any visitors. This is a residential area and our neighbors rely on us not to disrupt the community. We want to continue to do short term rentals for a long time so please help us respect our neighbors.

*Please note while the home is cleaned very thoroughly between stays and air filters changed regularly, we may allow dogs at the home. Those with severe allergies will need to consider our home’s suitability for their unique needs.

*No refunds will be given for COVID-19 or weather related cancellations including hurricanes. Please consider purchasing trip insurance that covers any unforeseen circumstances. Please note during hurricane season our area is prone to inclement weather.

*$75 per hour charge for not checking out on time. Please communicate if you need more time, if we can accommodate we will not charge a fee.

*If our property has a grill, please clean after use to avoid an extra $75 grill cleaning charge.

*Ice makers and fireplaces are an extra amenity and no refunds will be given if they are not functioning properly.

*To maintain a fair and comfortable environment for all guests, we ask that utilities (electricity, water, gas, etc.) be used responsibly. If there is evidence of excessive utility consumption beyond normal use for the duration of your stay, we reserve the right to charge additional fees for the excess usage. These charges will be calculated based on actual costs incurred and will be billed to the guest.

*No paper towels or wipes (including flushable wipes) are allowed down the drains. If a plumber needs to fix an issue caused by the aforementioned items and reasons, the cost will be billed back to the guest.

*Guest agrees to complete a third party encrypted ID verification independent of the platform booked on for security purposes. If the guest does not complete the verification or the host is not comfortable with the screening results, host may cancel the reservation with full refund to the guest.

*Any cleaning or maintenance issues must be addressed to the host. We must be able to attempt to fix the issue before offering refunds. If an issue is not addressed during the stay, no refunds will be provided.

*Please note lawn care and trash service may come on the premises during your stay. Days and times vary, please inquire if you need more specifics on when to expect these services to take place during your stay.

*Stays over 60 days will require a clean every 30 days included in your booking fee.

*An application, screening, signed lease and deposit is required for 90+ day rentals-please inquire for more details. Bookings over 90 days are brokered by Sojourn Realty.

*Please note that we do not provide shoveling or snow removal. Use caution in case of these situations, as we are not to be held liable.

*House trained dogs over 1 year old that are pre approved are allowed! Please tell me about your dog before booking. The pet fee is $100 per 10 nights. For 30 day+ stays, fee is $250 per month. No cats allowed. Dogs must be crated when left unattended. Dogs must be supervised when in the backyard and may not be left in the backyard unattended. A $75 pet waste fee will be applied if pets are not cleaned up after. Dogs must be pre approved or a fine of double the pet fee per night will be applied.

Perfect location for a weekend at the beach! The house is great with spacious rooms and a very large family kitchen and living area! We especially enjoyed having primary suites on the third and first floors!

Beautiful property steps from the beach with fantastic views from the second and third floor. A well equipped and spacious kitchen with lots of room to gather. Lots of nearby businesses and activities. Probably not a great choice if you’re traveling with elderly or disabled family members as the main living area is on the second floor and most bedrooms on the third. That said, it’s pet friendly and has a nice little fenced yard. We loved our stay and would definitely book again

Home is in a convenient to get to area. Dealing with the Property Manager was lovely. She was extremely helpful. Very pleasant. Anything I needed. She responded very quickly. There were nasty stains in the master bedroom. You don't have to find addressed it quickly replaced all the bedding. Kitchen is not appointed very well knives are bent to where you can't use them. There was not a can opener silly, but they supplied one very quickly. The items left to use for cooking for not good. The house seems to have been decorated from Goodwill scraps of things pieces of things things that are mismatched and very worn and rickety was very disappointing. All the barstools are rickety the Adirondack chairs in the back are not blue there would but they were also rickety. There was a chimney left. It's broken. You can't use it constantly had a funky smell like musty smell Each person in a room was left one towel and one washrag so if you're staying more than a couple days, you're going to have to do laundry Plenty of room for everybody to sleep the beds again kind of rickety, but it was spacious great view from over the Sand dune. It's not on the water but it's a cross a lot that is not built yet so you can see the ocean that was really nice. The saving grace of this house is Property Manager. She should definitely get a raise. She was just fantastic. I left behind some items. Some were returned to me Some were not returned to me
