About this apartment rental
Watch the sunrise sipping coffee on your private oceanfront balcony! Spot the dolphins from your oceanfront master suite window! We have all the amenities of home with a spectacular ocean view only steps from the beach. Full stocked kitchen, 2 bathrooms, and 2 bedrooms. Sleeps 6 comfortably. 2 Queen Beds, 1 King, and 1 Queen Sleeper Sofa in the living room. 2 designated parking spaces make it easy to come in and out, but you are within walking distance to popular restaurants, amusements, grocery store (across the street)and shopping. Life-guarded beach and beach/umbrellas rentals right in front of building.
Direct oceanfront means no driving or long walks to the beach. You are only steps away from the sand!
We welcome families of all ages, but will not rent to unrelated adults under the age of 27 yrs old. MAX OCCUPANCY is 6 (6 adults). The person booking the unit must stay in the unit for the entire term of rental (i.e. please do not book unit for someone else).
No High School Groups
No Bachelor/Bachelorette Parties
No Other Loud Parties / Groups - quiet time 10pm-7am
Minimum 6 nights during Peak Season

My family and I couldn’t be happier with our stay here! Condo was clean and had all the amenities we needed. Communication with owners was easy and we had no issues. Cannot beat the view and location is very convenient to restaurants, grocery stores and shopping! We will definitely be back

Our vacation was so much fun and we enjoyed this room very much. Everything you need is there to have a great beach vacation. The condo is updated beautifully, comfortable, clean, all the amenities and a great location to stores and restaurants. Tri and Mitchell were very responsive to any questions we had and the communication was outstanding. We can't wait to come back and stay here again. Thanks for everything!!

Our family of 4 stayed at this beautiful condo and it was perfect! Amazing view of the beach and ocean and beautifully decorated condo with all amenities. Tri was very easy to work with! Highly recommend.
