Great location; loved that it had 2 balconies, one for sunrise facing the ocean and one for sunsets facing the bay. 3 bedrooms was a plus.
Had difficulties with the front door lock. It never worked right the first few times to get it open.

Clean, great views of ocean & bay, comfortable furniture, updated showers, partially updated kitchen, SmartTV, enough cookware, nice ice maker.
Bed pillows too flimsy & cheap. We reported a few minor repairs to Vacasa immediately and after multiple text messages & sending them the photos they requested, no one ever came to address our concerns that entire week.

The location and ease of access was great. Housekeeping was excellent and we were given ample linens, toiletries and washing machine pods. Unit was clean!! It was just two of us but it sleeps 8 and we’d strongly recommend for a family vacation - close to beach and attractions.
The fees were a bit exorbitant. These Vacasa fees and taxes more than doubled the price of the rental. Regardless the stay was great and we’d come again to this location. Lovely unit but furnishings were a bit dated and worn.
