Maison très propre, grand espace extérieur.
Manque d’équipement pour une maison pour 6 personnes, un transat à l’extérieur, 4 chaises extérieures, et même si c’est indiqué dans l’annonce pas de lave-vaisselle ni de lave-linge malgré la place pour les installer.

Nas fotografias o terraço mostrava espreguiçadeiras na realidade era só uma de plástico e nós éramos 5 pessoas faltavam talheres

A zona onde se insere a casa é muito tranquila, muito próximo do centro da Vila. O quintal era bastante confortável e acolhedor. A equipa que gere a casa, é bastante atenciosa.
Os chuveiros e zona de banho necessita de atualização. Na casa de banho do piso superior, a zona do duche é muito pequena e cai muita água para o chão, já no piso inferior, a casa de banho tem uma banheira mas devido ás fundações das escadas, o espaço fica muito reduzido. Os dois chuveiros necessitam de substituição.
