Well positioned right on the river frontage
The property got all day sun which made the inside very hot and with no widows (other than the front of the unit) and no air con the place stayed very hot overnight

The location was good and the fact that it was on the lagoon side was great as there was nobody in front of us. Thew braai facilities were clean and neat. The owner was helpful and friendly.
There was a few aspects that disappointed. The first is that the beds were very hard and we had to use the cushions from the outside furniture on the bed to make it softer. People who like a hard bed will not have the problem. The thing that disappointed the most was the fact that the microwave dates from many years ago. Both the fridge and the microwave has this yellow faded colour which means it is old. The towels were really terrible. I get the greenie vibe, but these were difficult to dry with. Similarly there are other things that gives the feeling that these are not quality stuff but the old stuff from the owner and placed here for tourists. My suggestion is spend a bit more on your facilities to create a feeling of quality. The blinds should also be replaced as these are difficult to open and close and it is very old.

Location was great, river frontage unit with easy access to town as you are close to N2. Area is peaceful and family friendly. There is enough space for children to ride bicycle and a lovely park to play. Lelanie was very friendly and accommodating. We could check-in earlier than arranged.
Would have been fair to mention that the second bedroom has no windows or any ventilation. Same with bathroom facilities. Although the main bathroom had a extractor fan.
