Die Lage der Wohnung wegen der Anbindung zu Bus und Bahn ist gut. Die Wohnung war sauber und ordentlich.
Die Photos von Haus Diezig bei Booking.com entsprechen nicht ganz der Realität: diese Ferienwohnung befindet sich im 2. Stock. Unmittelbar vor dem Haus verläuft die stark befahrene Furkastrasse, entsprechend hoch ist der Verkehrslärm. Wegen eines schweren Unwetters am 29. Juni 2024 wurde der Zug- und Busverkehr komplett eingestellt. An unserem Abreisetag, 1. Juli 2024 war immer noch der Zug und Busverkehr bis auf Weiteres gesperrt. Unsere Vermieterin hat sich überhaupt nicht erkundigt, wie unsere Abreise aussieht. Sie hat nur daran gedacht, noch die Kurtaxe für unseren Aufenthalt bar zu kassieren. Es wäre nett gewesen von Frau Diezig wenn sie uns in dieser Notsituation angeboten hätte, uns nach Fiesch zu fahren, da die Matterhorn Gotthard Bahn von dort fahren konnte. Uneigennützige Hilfe bekamen wir vom ortsansässigen Hotelier, der uns spontan zum Bahnhof nach Fiesch gefahren hat.
