Not recommended, disappointing.

Great view

Definitely would not recommend this place as the company who run it are not helpful and put us in a different apartment to the one we booked ie one without a bed settee so one of our group had to sleep on the floor. We tried to communicate with them and, although they initially responded (to tell me I was wrong) they then ignored all communication. Other issues included: Very poor directions to the property ie the photos showed large signs outside the property that have since been removed so we struggled to find it. Inside the directions to the apartment were difficult to follow as the place had changed. The key lock code was wrong so initially we could not get the key. There were NO forks and 3 knives. The lights upstairs in the mezzanine bedroom were not working and neither were plug sockets around the apartment. The bathroom door did not lock. There were only 4 chairs for the table in an apartment for 6 There was no hot water on the first morning. I dont normally write negative reviews but feel I had to for this one. It would not take much to sort out all the issues but the company prefer not to.

It wast the worst trip in my life

First the location is really far from all activity it was a small village apart from the world ? In fact I made a mistake not to check your Trick in marketing, I was looking for a property in Grindelwald but in the same search you this bad property , off course the price was attractive but I didn’t notice the area ? Also the taxes , fees and Cleaning cost which exceed the rent cost of three days ???? One more you have to pay double the rent for Sequrity insurance??? While the whole flat furniture doesn’t cost 1000 $ for both ? My advise for booking is as follows for all non hotel payment should be through your staff . 2) If you want to cell or market place you shouldn’t add any think out side the requested place ? If I am looking for a room in london you can’t put under london a room in Rome ??? The problem is these ignored villages with no any feature why should I go to them if no life there staying in my house 100000% more comfortable all day you spend in the car looking for a supermarket or a pharmacy and you never find one on a week end ? This is ridiculous . Thrifting your client ? What a sham . I decide no to rent through booking at all .

I learn a lot not to trap my self in such dirty games .have to be very very very carful before ruching to reserve and leaf your credit in safe ? You can stop card even you know that your are thrift money out of your card easily ? Double bills , extras ??? Free cancellation then it’s not within your hand ???

Passable

Good place if you want to sleep well and be able to prepare your own food. The views from the balcony are beautiful.

Through Booking, you book an apartment from Skolido, not from the hotel owner, which can cause problems, because the person from the reception does not help in any case and sends you to Skolido (there was no information about this when booking). The electric kettle in the room didn't fit the power socket so we had to get an adapter ourselves. Two other sockets didn't work at all (but there were plenty of them in the apartment, so it wasn't too much of a problem). WIFI is only public (no private network).

المكان غير مناسب من ناحية الموقع حيث يقع في منطقة جبلية معزولة و الطريق إليها خطر القيادة فيه و لا يوجد بالقرب مته اي خدمات لا النصح فيه للعوائل و المضيف غير متعاون و لا يستحق اي مبلغ يدفع فيه إضافة إلى أن خدمة خرائط جوجل لا تعمل بسبب ارتفاع المكان و عزلته

Beau séjour dans la vallée de Conches

La vue sur la vallée! L’espace détente composé d’un jacuzzi, sauna et salle de repos.

Le manque d’ustensiles pour la cuisine (pas de tire-bouchon, spatule…)

Où sont les clés et l'appartement ?

J'ai apprécié d'avoir 2 salles de bain dont une reliée à une chambre. Les 2 balcons amènent de la luminosité dans l'appartement. Les lits et le canapé sont très confortables.

Je n'ai reçu aucune info sur mon téléphone pour trouver les clés et l'appartement, ce qui nous a mis dans une situation difficile et très désagréable. Les stores ne fonctionnent pas. Pas de store au velux de la mezzanine.
