C'est la 2ème fois que nous louons cet appartement, tout se passe toujours très bien, depuis les premiers échanges avec le propriétaire, la mise à disposition du logement, et enfin le confort et la propreté des lieux. En plus , cette fois nous avons pu apprécier la climatisation qui n'y était pas lors de notre 1ère expérience . Vraiment parfait. C'est rassurant de constater qu'il existe encore de bonnes adresses comme celle là !

Residence propre.Bruyance de la route D914.Appartement fonctionnel,belle vue sur la mer.
Salle de bain à rénover. Fuite clim sur unité extérieure à réparer.

2eme séjour à banyuls et toujours aussi émerveillé de la vue sur la plage du troc le matin au réveil
