The location is good, 15 minute drive to city center. Parking garage is great amenity. Having a washer/dryer helps so you don't have to bring lots of extra clothes. Great communication with the management team. Thank you!
The bedroom doesn't have air circulation. The HVAC unit is in the living room. With the door shut, that air can't reach the bedroom. We found ourselves opening the window at night in December because the room was too warm. The dryer doesn't completely dry all of the clothes. There isn't a dryer only setting. My biggest complaint is the thin lumpy pillows.

The location is great if you don’t need to be right in the city center. There’s a parking garage, which is a huge advantage in Zagreb. The building and parking area are both new and secure. There’s also a large supermarket in the building, which is another big plus. The furniture is quite nice, and there’s even a small ironing table and an iron provided, which was perfect for us.
We arrived with a child (as mentioned in the booking), but no extra sheets or pillows were provided. Communication felt overly automated and tiring, with too many messages and rules. Although the check-in and check-out process itself was simple, the volume and level of detail in the messages made it quite stressful. The apartment was also only seemingly clean, a bit more attention to cleanliness would be appreciated.

Помешкання ідеальне. В наявності все, що треба. Хороша локація. Є паркомісце. Дві спальні - це неймовірно зручно.
Єдине, не було зрозуміло, навіщо до нас прийшли за годину до виїзду, щоб нагадати, що ми маємо виїхати. Ми отримали і так достатньо повідомлень і нагадувань стосовно часу виїзду. В тому числі, чітко зазначені штрафи, які треба було сплатити в разі, якщо б ми виїхали невчасно. Але все одно до нас прийшла особа, щоб перепитати, чи ми встигаємо виїхати вчасно. Це було доволі некомфортно.
