The Nayah Maria residence was delivered in 2013.
The apartment is on the upper ground floor, it is 40 m² with a 12 m² terrace, in a residence overlooking a quiet street.
T2 facing south, equipped living room with open kitchen, independent bathroom and a bedroom with large wardrobe. This apartment is air conditioned (living room and bedroom).
From the terrace you will have a beautiful view of the mountain and partial view of the sea.
Really located 150m from the Super U and 300m from the beach and the port: you can do everything on foot.
Washing machine, dishwasher, TV (2u: living room + bedroom), internet box, Oven, Microwave, Induction hob, 2 Fridges, one with freezer, and all small appliances, ex kettle, toaster and hairdryer. ..
The bedroom has 1 bed 160 x 200, a large wardrobe
In the living room lit by bay window 3.5m wide overlooking the terrace, a real 190x140 sofa bed and plenty of storage
1 teak table inside, 4 stools, a coffee table and 1 pouffe
On the terrace 4 comfortable chairs, a sofa and a table.
The residence is secure (access by remote control, vigik).
Private parking is reserved for residents.
Sheets can be provided on request, end of stay cleaning is compulsory and included in the rental cost (50 €).
Rental is from Saturday to Saturday.
A person will welcome you on site for the inventory and the formalities.
A document will be on site to show you the different instructions for use as well as good and useful addresses.
The apartment is non-smoking, and our animal friends are not accepted.
A deposit of 600E will be requested and if necessary returned on the day of your outing.
