It is located on floor: 1. The accommodation has one air conditioner. The air conditioner is located in the hallway. Bed linen and bath towels are provided by the accommodation itself. All guests have the possibility to use a common BBQ in the courtyard of the house.

Stay was smooth without stressors. Place was clean and tidy. Absolutely nice balcony and atmosphere. The one issue I encountered was only related to the location. It is a bit outside of Rovinj (12 minutes drive from
city centre) and my plans included very late transportation which was not always available

Des hôtes qui habitent sur place et sont aux petits soins, toujours disponible. Propre, bien équipé avec machine à laver. Calme, parking privé. Petite terrasse. En voiture A proximité de Rovinj et la foule. Et de la tranquillité des plages.
