Velký priestor priestranny byt, plne vybavený s hriankovačom, kavovarom, klimatizaciou, veľkou terasou, slnečníkom... Veľmi pekné pláže s málo turistami v okolí, možnosť parkovať pod stromami veľmi prijemne prostredie na dovolenku, ale je to skor taka záhradkarska oblasť plná pokoja.
Niekedy asi 2 krat za pobyt smrdel odpad ale potom to prestalo. Sem tam su nejake chrobaky. Prašná cesta, chatková oblasť, ale čakali sme to, trošku neporiadok v okolí.
