Appartamento molto spazioso, adatto a famiglie numerose. Posizione tranquilla

Excelente comunicação antes e durante a hospedagem. Cômodos amplos, vários banheiros, cozinha perfeita para um grande grupo. Tudo muito limpo.

Cozinha podia ser um pouco melhor equipada. As regras de estacionamento não estão claras no site. (somente dois carros permitidos)

Lots of space. Three separate bedrooms in the apartment we had, in the attic. Nice to have two showers you can use at the same time in the bathroom. We liked it that the bedrooms connect to the kitchen area. It makes for an easy packing experience, too. It was very very clean. Only thing I personally would recommend is to wash some of the towels and bedding on 95 degrees, but my roommates didn’t feel this was an issue, so it’s personal. Windows and balcony doors everywhere, like multiple walls of each room, so easy to create a draft to air out the apartment and cool it when it’s been hot outside. Cools down in the evening. Just open everything for a bit when you come back into the apartment. We didn’t see mosquitos or other bugs. There were fans to help circulate, as well. Close to the theme park and waterpark nearby. Maybe 20 mins at most. Also loved the food down the street near the Naturbad. And they were open pretty late. Good prices too. Easy to park. And for free. Just a nice community. As for the property, it was all good. Not related to the property itself, but to the food place down the street: take into account that while you can go for dinner at the Naturbad, you can’t swim and use the Naturbad (which is like a mini lake or a spring) itself. The kids weren’t allowed to use the playground either, because it’s like a membership sort of place. The food there is amazing though and it’s a short walk from the apartment.

They changed us the towels in the half of our stay. Clean apartment, big rooms, confortable beds. Good situation to explore the Black Forest.

Pictures are about 2 different apartments. Our apartment had 1 bathroom, and a toilet without shower. (Not 3 bathrooms as expected). We couldn't use the garden, because they let us know that It was private use for the owner and that wasn't clear enough before our arrival. The apartment hasn't got a washing machine, if you want to wash your clothes, you have to ask the owner to wash them for you.
