L’emplacement de la Casa Sandra (Mercadona à quelques minutes à pieds et la Playa Burriana à 15 mn à pieds et 5 mn en voiture), la place dans l’appartement pour 4 et les nombreux équipements.

Le bruit des voisines en pleine nuit mais le problème très vite réglé.
