The fully equipped brand-new kitchen has everything you might need to make the most of your vacation, such as induction hob, oven, microwave and dishwasher. Also, a guest bathroom (toilet and sink) and a sunny terrace (9 sq. m), with terrace furniture and awning, facing southwest and spectacular views of the pool, the sea, the city and the mountains. Upstairs there are two bedrooms, both with new 90x200 beds and new six cm thick "memory foam" top mattresses for comfort. "Master bedroom" has two 90x200 beds with a 180 top mattress. The second bedroom has two 90x200 beds with 90 top mattresses. These beds can be furnished either as single beds or a double bed, as desired. Also, on this level a modern bathroom with shower, toilet, sink and washing machine (with integrated dryer). There is also an iron and ironing board and a hair dryer. On the top floor is the lovely roof terrace (22 sq. m) with two sun beds, four chairs with a small table and an awning for the bright sunny days. On top on that an outdoor shower to cool up after sunbath. The large comunity pool is 11.7 meters long, 7 meters wide and meters at the deepest point from 1.3 to 1.95 meters. It is open from the 1st of April until the 31st of October. The house is just 700 meters from Burriana Beach. It takes about 8 minutes to go there, a little longer to go home with an upwards incline. You walk to the city's central neighbourhoods in about 20-25 minutes. A large supermarket (Mercadona) is 350 meters to the north.
