Bardzo dobra lokalizacja, blisko do centrum (miedzy innymi do Muzeum Witkacego) a jednocześnie przy bardzo dużym Parku z piękną zielenią, rzeką oraz innymi atrakcjami np. dla dzieci w różnym wieku. Samo mieszkanie bardzo komfortowe, czyste, dobrze wyposażone, urządzone ze smakiem "jak dla siebie" z osobistymi akcentami artystycznymi i ciekawymi książkami.
Mieszkanie jest na 3 piętrze, bez windy, dla nas akurat to nie był problem ale dla osób starszych może to być istotne.

Bardzo przytulne i fajnie urządzone mieszkanko. Na miejscu wszystko czego potrzeba. W jednej z opinii była informacja, że była kawa, herbata i cukier- u nas nie było. Podejrzewam, że poprzedni lokatorzy zostawili. Generalnie było nam ciepło i wygodnie.
- środki czystości- brak płynu do naczyń i kapsułek do zmywarki, czy kapsułek do prania, - brak konsoli i gier, o których była mowa w ogłoszeniu, - dźwiękoszczelność - nieprawda, było słychać sąsiadów i wszystko z klatki schodowej, - na balkonie pełna popielniczka petów, - uszkodzone drzwiczki od piekarnika, nie przeszkadza to w użytkowaniu, ale stwarza niebezpieczeństwo dla dziecka poprzez odstające elementy, - jeden bardzo miękki materac w sypialni - dla nas to duży dyskomfort.
