Fantastyczna lokalizacja, przestronne nowocześnie urządzone i czyste mieszkanie.
Wymaga drobnych napraw - wymienić deskę toaletowa, umocować szybę do ramy stołu, wymienić materac bo jest wybrzuszony (chyba pękła sprężyna), oraz przydałyby się większe prześcieradła na kanapę bo obecne są za małe.

Location
The bed mattress was old and stained, lacking fitted sheet. The toilet seat was broken and bathroom cabinets under the sink needed some repairs. In the kitchen the electric teapot pad should be replaced.

dobra lokalizacja, wiele płatnych parkingów w okolicy, łatwość zameldowania, wyposażenie kuchni, mili gospodarze
niestety apartament nie robie dobrego wrażenia - wymaga odświeżenia, posprzątania i częściowego remontu - Wiele elementów mieszkania jest od dawna zepsutych - np. odpadająca deska sedesowa, telewizor, zdemontowane lampy, migające światło, okropnie brudna kanapa, uszkodzone ściany, poniszczone i brudne roletki w oknach, czy stare ręczniki - które mim wyprania wyglądają na zużyte i... maja na prawdę brzydki zapach!
