This 3-bedroom, 2-bath home also includes a versatile loft that doubles as a room with two single beds, perfect for families or groups. For added comfort, all mattresses are Tempur-Pedic (two queen and one king), ensuring restful nights after a day of mountain adventures.
The master suite is a private retreat with its own gas fireplace and jacuzzi tub, offering the ultimate in relaxation. With the lake and South Shore's vibrant nightlife only 10 minutes away, this home delivers both tranquility and convenience year-round.

Max Occupancy: 6 guests (children under 13 do not count toward occupancy)
Parking: Maximum 3 vehicles (1 in garage, 2 in driveway). No street parking permitted.

Minimum Age Requirement: Primary renter must be 21 years of age or older with a valid photo ID, credit card, signed rental agreement, and signed VHR Good Neighbor Contract.
House Rules: No pets, no smoking, no parties or events.

Pretty awesome stay… hot tub worked, BBQ/Heater had full propane and everything was clean and ready to go.
Reviews on here have said the property is poorly lit, it’s dim but not horrible and in my opinion was very cozy.
Only negative thing with the place is that they solicited me afterwards to book straight through their property management service instead of VRBO, which I find highly annoying.
Would’ve rated five stars if they didn’t solicit their company at the very end of my stay.

Great property, great location. The only negative thing I would say is that the house could include more fans to cool down the property during the summer, but the wildfires were making it abnormally hot.
