Cute, well air conditioned spot. Great shower. Location could not be better. The owner is incredibly nice and helpful.

There’s no WiFi

During our journey to Budapest we had such a good time around the city however, unfortunately the apartment was not as good as we thought. First of all, we have been contacted by the owner some days before our arrival to let us know that the booked apartment wouldn’t be available but that he would have provided us with another one in the same building with a discount of 40 euros in cash. At our arrival, the owner, (which is a nice man) showed us the apartment and it was definitely different from the one that we saw online. He said that it was larger but at the same time not renovated. The problem was not that it was old, we could have ignored that if at least it would have been clean but it wasn’t. It was dusty everywhere, the bathroom and kitchen were minuscule and they did not clean before our arrival for sure. Indeed there were spiderwebs on the ceiling. We attach some photos so you can have a look. To conclude, the position was perfect. However our journey was good because budapest was wonderful but not thanks to the apartment. We don’t know how the real online apartment actually is but if the owner does the same with you in the future, at least ask to provide you some photos in advance and be sure it will be clean.
