Just a block from the beach, this private guest apartment, perched above the detached garage, offers a peaceful haven with easy access to sandy shores. While it's compact at 410 sq. ft., the space is efficiently designed for up to 4 guests, making it perfect for small groups or families.

We enjoyed the use of beach toys and wagon (excellent selection), and how close the property was to a lovely beach! We also liked that the property had two twin beds for our teens, so they didn't have to share a bed. The beach and town were very close, but the neighborhood was quiet. Our host was very responsive and welcoming.

Easily slept 3 adults. Cool, quiet, and comfortable. Plenty of towels for both bathing and beach use. Quality shampoo, conditioner, and body wash provided. Kitchen stocked with all the basics for cooking & dining. Courtyard for grilling, outdoor meals, time in the hot tub, reading and chatting. Super conveniently located and made it easy to walk to beach or to shops. Friendly Penny dog stole our hearts and was a highlight of the trip.

The location was great. It’s quite small so it works for 1 or 2 people. Unfortunately a new condo was built behind the house so there was no ocean view…big bummer. TV in the guest room was wonky and wouldn’t totally shut off so light was on all night. Had to put a towel over it to sleep. No coffee or cream/sugar, another real bummer. They did bring us coffee but we had to steal sugars from every restaurant we went to.
FYI -you can’t park in the driveway which is kind of a drag when arriving and departing.
