location is the star of this property. Home is older and dated but the decor was nice.2 bedrooms were comfortable, 3 bedroom is a converted garage which still had garage feel. (rafters exposed, laudry and water heater in room)the back yard needed maintenance (mow, and weeds)the deck is amazing for view of Tamerack beach and short walk to sand. Spent most of the time on the deck.the home is on a busy street so traffic is to expected.Need to be aware of fees, pretty steep.

The view of the ocean was very nice. It's very conveniently located next to the entrance to the beach. Everything was extremely dirty, especially the floors. There is not a vacuum or broom anywhere on the property so no way to remedy this. The owner of the property stop by unexpectedly to drop off an umbrella, seemed like an excuse to see us and/or what we were doing. Strange.
