About this villa rental
La Encantada is the perfect holiday home.
Outside, there are large mature gardens surrounding the villa with beautiful views of the surrounding mountains and lots of space for children to play. This villa boasts a large 10mtrs x 5mtrs sparkling clear swimming pool that enjoys the sunshine all day, it is never shaded. Around the pool, you will find plenty of sun loungers for everybody to relax and enjoy the sun.
To the front of the house, nicely positioned looking out on the swimming pool, is a large verandah. This is well furnished with comfortable seating and a large dining table, the perfect place to dine alfresco! A great place to take a break from the sunshine.
Inside, this property provides you with everything you might require to enjoy your stay. Accommodation is all on one floor. The kitchen is well equipped and boasts all the mod cons you might need. Just off the kitchen you will find a lovely bright breakfast room that can be completely opened out onto the garden.
The living room and dining room are very tastefully decorated as are the bedrooms. Each room is also very comfortably furnished. There is a smart flat screen TV and satellite system from which you can view many channels in various language's. Walking along the hallway you will meet the 4 bedrooms. Two of them are furnished with king size beds, one with a double bed and the fourth bedroom has two single beds. The master bedroom boasts and en suite. There is also a large family bathroom.
All of the bedrooms and the living room have air conditioning.
High speed internet access is available free of charge.
Towels & linen are provided
Welcome basket can be provided for a small charge.
This villa is situated between two thriving bustling towns Alhaurin El Grande and Alhaurin de la Torre. Both towns are worth a visit and have ample restaurants and bars to sample. Both towns are lively places and have their own local weekly markets.
For golf lovers, there are two courses within a few minutes drive.
Within 20 minutes drive you can reach the beach and there are plenty to choose from all within easy access and good roads. La Carihuela beach Torremolinos is beautiful to name one of many!
There are so many places you can visit. For the children, you can visit the Zoo, Fuengirola, there is a choice of two water parks, dolphin park and crocodile park, tivoli world amusement park, there is plenty to choose from. If you like to explore, you will not be disappointed with the beautiful white washed Spanish pueblos such as Mijas, Benalmadena, Alora to name but a few.
So why not enjoy your holidays in this beautiful villa. Laze about by the pool dipping in and of the inviting crystal clear water. Enjoy the privacy and tranquility this property has to offer. Lovely villa. Very clean and excellent facilities within villa (although could do with updating bathroom towels. Also freezer in hall seemed to automatically defrost leaving hall floor flooded. We had to dry this up using bath towels.! Extensive grounds with fruit trees pretty well maintained. However, online listing is totally out of date. Two of the four restaurants recommended are completed closed and have been for some time. The lawn to front of villa is no longer there although picture on website shows it. But most disappointing was the view from the house overlooking to pool. Website shows a row of lovely trees and mountains beyond. But since this photo was taken, the property owners have removed all the trees and in their place is an ugly looking corrugated iron shed, a massive marquee and a very old caravan. Had we seen this on the website, we would not have booked villa. Lovely view was completely gone. Plenty of outside areas for sitting but behind the gazebo was a mess. At least 20 old plastic chairs, an Old dirty plastic table and two broken sun beds. Made the place look extremely untidy. Also a frame for fior a hammock which my husband and I had to move to another area cause it was a health and safety issue and my 2 year old granddaughter was joining us for the second week. Finally our biggest complaint was the noise. The villa now is anything but peaceful. Constant hammering and drilling and worst if all steel cutting. Video available if required

We have just returned from an absolutely fabulous 2 week holiday stunning villa in an area which we love everything to suit all ages that we had with us including teens and elderly couldn’t ask for more however if I have to make one suggestion it would be an outside shower in order to remove the suncream before you enter the pool.
