Beautiful beb

During the day, the location is great with a Market below and it is pretty central for all the good locations to see in Naples. The staff were helpful when we were trying to locate the property, which was all very clean inside. The beds were very comfortable. The bathroom was shared, but it was a great shower and clean, as well as a communal kitchen and a balcony.

We arrived in the evening which I would not recommend as it was quite difficult to locate and is in an area that feels a tad unsafe at night (in a busy alleyway).There was someone sat in our room with his stuff as we arrived so we were unsure what was clean in our room. It is shared accommodation (kitchen and bathroom), but there is locks on all the doors so it feels safe

The landlord is a very nice person. The location is convenient since the distance to old town as well as to the bus and railway station is reasonably short. There are pizzerias and bakeries in the vicinity. Literally on the street there is a local market with fruit, fish and other stuff. The air conditioning works well and it is clean without any unpleasant odors from the vent.

I was not aware that I booked a room in a flat where the landlord lives as well. It was a bit awkward to me when she slept in the kitchen while I was in a room next door. There are two rooms for rent in that apartment, however one is pretty roomy with normal modern furniture including a large double deb, while the other one (I was in it) is very small with two separate beds and a tiny cabinet only. So there was not even a place to put my laptop, neither any to hand my shirts. The big one at the end - unfortunately the landlord smokes heavily in the apartment (not in the guest room). So the smell is everywhere and even the walls are soaked by it.

The rooms are clean, it has AC, toilet and shower included. It's like an airbnb were you get a room in the apartment with the host living there. The host doesn't speak other than Italian, but try to explain as much as possible if you ask for recommendations

The location can not look (either feel) very safe, it's in front of the market where lots of motos pass by not very carefully. The surroundings don't look good either.

Clean apartment

for the fact that it is a B&B type of accommodation, there was only coffee for breakfast, it is difficult to find, on booking it says Beautiful B&B, the place is marked Anna B&B, it was not possible to call the phone marked on booking, it was switched off, communication only via messages on Booking , the accommodation is right on a busy street with street markets
