The room was clean
Even if it was stated that the pension was pet friendly and we called in after the booking just to make sure and to find out if there are extra taxes for our pet, when we arrived we were treated very pourly and with lack of respect because of our dog. We didn't even get a "real" room, the lady at the reception gave us the service room which was different than the rooms in the pictures - it didn't have a balcony or a view, it had a very large closet filled with their stuff, and it had an external shared bathroom. Also, it was situated on ground floor close to the laundry room which was very noisy. When we asked the lady why we didn't get a proper room, she said that it was because of our dog and that the pension isn't really pet friendly but she will "let us stay with our dog". Overall we had a very bad experience, we were never treated like this before.
