The host was welcoming in advance of my arrival and very promptly replied to me during my stay. The flat is tastefully decorated and comfortable.

Location was great. Amenities were good for our family. Communication was easy. We had a minor problem with the batteries in the door lock needing replacement but maintenance was quick to correct and get us back in the condo.

The property was nice on the surface. However, the washing machine spin cycle did not work, leaving our clothes dripping wet. The dishes in the cabinets were not clean and had old food in dishes. There was a dirty bowl underneath the bed in the master bedroom. Bed linens appeared dirty. Stayed before with a few issues with the cleanliness but was willing to give it another try because of the nice location. Not sure if we will stay again.
