Some rooms are a bit noisy.

The staff members preparing and serving breakfast were excellent, the main staff member we saw mostly was very attentive, looked after us exceptionally well and accommodated us for an early breakfast on the day we checked out early. She was very friendly and helpful. Please pass on our appreciation. The breakfast was most delicious On our arrival we were accommodated with a very late arrival due to our delayed flight, a staff member greeted us and showed to our room and showed us around the hotel facilities, she was most helpeful and friendly. We were very grateful for being accommodated with both our late arrival and early check out. The staff we had contact with very most friendly and helpful thankyou

The room itself was very small, we were sisters sharing and had a standard double bed, and the shower opened into the bedroom so there was no privacy, the glass door overlooked the bed and main room, the shower was very small and also was very close to the bedside table where there was a telephone and sockets. We had initially booked a twin room but then paid extra to be updgraded as the hotel advised us prior to our arrival we had booked a room with no window, it was disappointing to find out how small this room was. Unfortunately we did not advise the hotel at the time of our disappointment as we were very limited for time and our visit was planned purely to visit family.
