It is a private one-bedroom apartment that accommodates two adults and two small children.

The offer says that this is a private apartment, but I don't mention that a family of four lives in it. I bought a hotel place for extra money. I asked the owner to return at least half of the money, but he categorically refused. I do not recommend this place.

It's not advertised that it is a family house, it's not a hotel, it's the owner's apartment, and they live there, the room is separate from the living room by a door, the bathroom is shared with the family, and its on terrible unsafe condition, it has mold on all the walls, on the ceiling, everywhere. The room also has mold and dust, the bedsheets were clean but old, and the towels were clean but they smell horrible, like when the clothes are not properly dry. I was completely in shock when I arrive at my destination and there is no hotel or hostel, and I was received by a man in their home clothes.

The host was dressed in boxer shorts and a wofe beater. You walk through their living room where they are spending the majority of their day. When you are in the room you can hear them and their TV. There’s a fridge, but only if you’re lucky will they have any space that isn’t occupied by their own food. The “shared” living room is occupied by the family who lives at the apartment. The TV is also conveniently located in the occupied living room. The balcony is also occupied by the family. It’s listed as a “bed and breakfast”, but in reality it is a double bed in a bedroom in their apartment.

From incheck till outcheck was really disappointing: first of all there was no airco or any ventilation during this hot weather, the bed lights didn’t work, one hanger for the clothes and even that was broken (useless) bathroom was full of mold, in the description they said there was a bathtub but you can’t even use it because also the bathtub was badly damaged at the side. Whatever we used something the host always check after us, which makes us really uncomfortable. There is a TV in the living room but I don’t think you can use it because there is always someone there. The house is really noisy but the host don’t even do carefully with the sound everywhere knocking/hitting things and stomping around the house in the early morning (6:00 am) but they ask us to be quiet around while they are sleeping. First day they almost don’t let us cook, we bought everything for it, he said we must to order pizza. He didn’t give a good reason and he makes rules that doesn’t exist in the description. Broken sleeping hours, was really sleepy but can’t sleep because of noisy host. I’ve a feeling he is doing this intentional. Checking in is after 7 pm and checking out is before 10 am, this is totally unacceptable. If you’ve booked one night, you’ll have no time to rest and do your own things on your speed. This is the worst stay ever in my life, I don’t understand how people rate this place more than 3 stars. I don’t recommend this place, no hygiene and the host is not really welcoming. Unprofessional, everything was super controlled which makes us feel like prisoners.

I booked this thinking it was a private appartment however it is a spare room in someone else’s home. The man and his wife were very pleasant and we hardly saw them but we stayed in our room the whole Time we were their as we felt awkward using the kitchen/ living area with them eating their dinner and watching tv etc. The parking is down the street and you can’t always get close to the appartment so it meant we had to carry our bags quite some way from the car as you can’t stop near the entrance. Although the location of great I wouldn’t have booked this had I have known it was a house share.

Ca s'est très bien passé, les hôtes étaient très accueillant ! Nous avons bien dormi, le lit est confortable.

Nada, no nos dejarom hacer el Check-in, ya que llegamos tarde, pero estaban avisados y ellos no dieron señales y una vez llegado a paris nos pusimos en contacto y nos dejaron tirados en la calles.
