About this house rental
Our luxury 4 bedroom Town House is part of the Regal Palms Resort at Highland Reserve Golf Club and private gated community. It is fully air conditioned, fully furnished and has its own private driveway and balcony. The bedrooms include a King-Size Master Suite, Queen Size Suite and two Suites with twin beds, plus 3 full baths and showers. There is the comfort of a fully equipped gourmet kitchen, dining room, washer/dryer, 42' LCD TV and DVD player in the living room, high speed WIFI and TVs in the main bedrooms. This Resort has much to offer, with many amenities on site including 24x7 reception, tropical swimming pool with late night swimming and a lazy river, fun slide, a fitness centre, spas, beauty complex, Club House with Frankie Farrell's Irish style pub open daily offering guests comfort food favourites as well as pub favourites like fish and chips and shepherd’s pie. Frankie Farrell’s also offers a wide array of beer selections with 32 taps dispensing options like Guinness, angers, Boddingtons, Bass and the usual American favourites. A childrens games room and wireless internet access. Berry Town Centre shopping center is within walking distance by with a Publix supermarket, Appelbees, IHOP, Pizza Parlour, Chinese Takeaway, banks and much more.

This is our 4th time staying at Regal Palms in the town homes. We absolutely love the area and the resort. The homes are mainly the same with slight different nuances. This home was exactly as you would expect. It was perfect for our short stay. The owner was easy to get a hold of and everything we needed was in one spot. Appliances and decor slightly outdated however we don’t go on vacation for the appliances. Lots of room for everyone and everything we needed was there and clean. Would stay again

Resort was great, owner was fantastic! House was overall good, but a few shortcomings. The description said the king bed suite was on the main floor, but it was actually in the second, that was hard on my knees. We were not made aware of the resorts towel service so we ended up buying beach towels before we checked in. It would be nice to make guests aware of that. We were also told there would be a small amount of basic things in the house; however 2 bathrooms had no toilet paper and the other 2 had a few sheets per roll, not even enough for our first night. There was no hand soap in 2 of the bathrooms, no dish soap at all (we were told there would be at least a bit). The house is for 8-10 guests but we only had 5 cereal bowls, so that made breakfast an ordeal each morning. Considering there are minimal bath towels, it would be nice if there were at least bath mats to avoid the floors getting so wet. Also, it would be nice if coffee filters were provided. It seems like a waste to buy a pack (which has min 100 filters) for a short vacation. Lots of tvs bit batteries in most of the remotes were dead. We appreciated that there was a big fan for each room, a nice big fridge with an ice maker (so amazing) and a huge comfy sectional! We also loved the large dining table, and the fact that there were 8 chairs was great!Laundry machines were great! And we were so impressed with daily garbage pickup. Family vacation of 6 adults and 1 child, from Upstate NY. We absolutely loved the location and resort area. However, the townhouse was not clean; our feet bottoms were black after just 10 mins of checking the place out, there were ants, sheets had crumbs on them, overall just felt like we stayed directly after someone without cleaning in between. We will book in this area, for our next trip, but not this specific townhouse.
