Beautiful 3 Bedroom 3 Bathroom Condo at Bella Piazza just 9 Miles To Disney World!
Welcome to Bella Piazza, a luxury Mediterranean-style holiday resort with two large communal pools, a clubhouse, a gym, games room and attractive outdoor seating areas. The resort is also walking distance to restaurants, bars and a Publix supermarket – perfect for grabbing a bite to eat without getting in the car.
This beautiful 3-bedroom, 3-bathroom condo is located on the second floor with easy access via the elevators or stairs. It has a fully equipped kitchen, dining area and a private covered balcony that faces East and overlooks a pond and fountain.
The open-plan living space includes a spacious lounge and a formal dining area. The lounge has a pull out sofa sleeper, a large flat screen TV, a DVD player and access out to the patio with seating and views.
There is a formal dining area that seats four people at the table plus an additional 2 at the breakfast bar. The stylish kitchen has granite counters and is fully equipped with everything you need to dine at home – dishwasher, oven/stove, microwave, fridge freezer, coffee maker, kettle, toaster etc.
The master suite has a King-size bed, a flat screen TV and direct access out to the patio. It also has a spacious and luxurious en suite bathroom with a bath, a separate shower, twin sinks and granite tops.
The second bedroom is at the front of the property and has 2 Twin size beds, flat screen tv, and an en suite bathroom with a bath/shower.
The third bedroom has two twin size beds, flat screen TV and a family bathroom right next door with bath/shower.
This property has air conditioning, ceiling fans, free Wifi, and an umbrella stroller if you have little ones. This property is also equipped with a washer, dryer, iron and ironing board and hair dryer.

The unit was clean and had all the amenities as stated. The location was perfect and close to grocery, dining and Disney! It was easy to get on highway to go to either coast/beaches. The complex pools were nice and grounds were maintained. Looking forward to our next visit! Definitely recommend this unit

The stay was comfortable, great location for baseball tournament we were in town for and the community was very quiet. Plus to be so close to a grocery store and several restaurants was convenient.

The condo unit was elegantly staged upon arrival (table settings/soaps/towels and linens). Elevator was nice to lug any items back/forth to car. Everything was sanitized and spotless for immediate use. The view from the veranda of the fountain was nice in the mornings w/ coffee and the corner location was relatively quiet. Having two pool options was nice including the hot tub for any cool nights. Enjoyed the Keurig for my morning java! I would definitely recommend this rental unit!

The property management was great--I traded emails a few times before our trip and they were very responsive. The contactless check-in--no problem. The unit itself--clean, and well-stocked with kitchen utensils, toiletries, etc, The bed (we only used the MBR) & sofa were comfortable and in good shape. Nice balcony with a view, overlooking the pond/fountain. The only slight critique would be the lack of outlets and/or USB ports near the bed. Not a huge deal though.
The reason for the 3 stars was the building/complex itself. Our building had 2 elevators--both were out of service the entire week. Half of our building was covered in plastic sheathing and all taped off (construction I'd guess--although none was going on that I could see) The rest of the complex was undergoing a roof replacement or something as there were roof tiles all on the ground and pretty constant construction vehicle activity.
Our trip was not "bad" by any means--but it certainly wasn't the relaxing laid-back "resort feel" stay that we had expected.
However, I actually would not hesitate to deal with this management company again--I'd even consider renting the unit again--once construction is finished!
