Just 10 miles west of Walt Disney World® Resort, this two-level home is waiting to make your theme park dreams come true! Step inside to find an open, spacious living area filled with lovely theme park decor, comfortable furniture, and natural light. After a day of sightseeing, you'll love coming home to spread out in the living room to watch your favorite movies and shows on the TV before cooking up a storm in the full kitchen. Serve at the dining table, then let the dishwasher take care of all the cleanup while you adjourn to the patio for a glass of wine. The kids can romp around the lawn while you use the free WiFi to research tomorrow's next adventure, and the central air-conditioning and ceiling fans will keep everything nice and cool on those hot summer afternoons! The private washer/dryer will ensure everyone has clean clothes during your stay.
THINGS TO KNOW
Guests must pay a $25 tax resort fee every day they are on the property at the front desk. Guests may have up to eight bands to access the resort and towels are available to rent.
Beginning September 1, 2023, each reservation will require a $100 incidental hold placed on the payment method at the time of check-in. At the time of check-out, the hold will be returned once the provided wristbands and pool towel cards are returned to the front desk.
Parties are prohibited. If one is suspected to be occurring, security will be notified and guests will be fined $250.

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles.
Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

This place was cozy and quiet. Everything from the décor to the nicely made beds. Had myself and my family feeling right at home. Thank you for keeping such a neat and tidy place.

The space for a family of 6 was what we desired as we visited family who live in Florida as well as visited the theme parks. However once we get there we find out that the lazy river and whirlpool is closed for repairs. Within our personal condo we lost power in both the upstairs baths. My husband attempted to flip the main breakers but nothing was helping the matter. Every single window had blinds that were broken. If it weren't for curtains, it was borderline inappropriate lacking privacy. Even the curtains were thin and didn't stretch fully over windows. I knew with the size of our family it would be next to impossible to find another place last moment - so I stuck with it. We have yet to receive the refund we were promised for the pools being down. They charge a resort fee to have access to the adminities and yet we couldn't use anything due to the construction. The place has a lot of potential but unfortunately our stay turned out to be a bad time to visit.
