All Drivers must be over the age of 21. Drivers must provide valid Driver's License and Vehicle Insurance. To drive the golf cart, non-US driver license holders are required to pay an additional $25 per day instead of providing vehicle insurance. The golf cart $25 fee is per golf cart, not per driver. This cost covers the extra insurance required.

We were very happy with our stay at Summer Breeze in Mar 25'. House was very clean and stocked with extra linens and towels. We really loved all the beach equipment there. The only comment I would have is that the house had zero kitchen supplies that weren't plates and cups and utensils. 2 coffee makers but zero filters and limited toilet paper and paper towel for a week. Not super expensive but just more annoying than anything. Other than that the stay was very enjoyable and we will definitely look at Sea Breeze homes for future AMI stays.

Our family stayed at the Summer Breeze property on Holmes Beach and it was a perfect location and house for our two families. It was convenient to several restaurants and a quick walk to the beach. The pool was perfect for the kids to play in and for the adults to lounge next too. Would visit again!

We had a great time at this location and had to call guest services a few times. They were very friendly and accommodating. Only issue that wasn't resolved while on our stay was the pool filtration system want working properly.

This would be a great house for a couples, adult only, or families with older kids. We have 2 very young kids and the house was too split up for our family. The master is on a separate floor from the other bedrooms and it was really difficult with small kiddos. The house would be a fantastic party house if that's what you are looking for. The pool space for us was really shady, we prefer sunshine, and the pool itself was freezing cold. Also, the pool and patio area were filthy, dirtiest pool I've ever seen! Lots of road noise from the main road next door. The checkout process was ridiculous and a pain in the butt, you have to strip your bed, take out all garbages, clean everything out, basically do a lot of housekeeping which we have never had to do with another VRBO. We probably will not return to this VRBO or any Seabreeze property in the future.
