-Outside area. BBQ, dining and sitting area, TV, and shower.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this property. The home is beautifully designed, well equipped, and steps away from the beach. Our family enjoyed playing ping-pong every evening, and the outdoor patio that is well appointed. Restaurants, shops, and ice cream are only steps away too! Hope to be able to visit again soon, really a wonderful property!

This house is amazing! This was my first VRBO rental and I could not believe how kind and responsive the host was. This home was so clean and truly had everything you could possible need. I loved the beach view from the master bedroom. It is such a short walk to the beach. So many restaurants/bars close by, and two trolley stops right there too. The outdoor space is beautiful with multiple options to enjoy! The garage is packed full of fun for everyone . I would highly recommend staying here, you will not be disappointed.

Evys was the best host! So many little extras were included that made our stay so comfortable! They had all of the beach necessities and the kitchen had everything we needed to put our meals together!The house was convenient to EVERYTHING! And the proximity to the beach was our favorite thing of all! We can’t wait to come back to Holmes Beach and ‘By the Sand’ this summer!

The house was great in a prime location right next to the beach. It was clean, well stocked and as described. The host, Evys checked in with us to make sure all was good and he was very responsive with any question we had.
