Claudia was extremely helpful the whole time we were there and was always on hand if we needed her. She was lovely and very helpful.
The property is lovely especially the outside area that is split on two levels, one being the pool and one being the top area which was lovely for dining. There is a supermarket near by and Madrid is about 30-40 mins away by car, there is a bus stop near the property so this can also be used to get into Madrid.
The house itself has everything that you need but I do think it needed a little TLC.
Claudia has lovely taste and the house is beautiful.

The villa was large and had all the amenities to make for a good family / group holiday from kitchen appliances, to toasters, pots and pans and even an outdoor BBQ and cocktail bar next to the pool. There are some nice touches too from the separate outdoor dining area, and swings.
The place has a large king bed with en-suite containing both a shower and whirlpool tub. This overlooks the pool area and has amazing views.
The other bedrooms (double / 2x single and 4 x single) are all ample spaced and the beds again are really comfy.
In addition, there were x2 other sofa beds - perfect for more guests downstairs.
We were a group of 14 but the place had more than enough space for our events / gatherings.
When we arrived, the place was perfectly clean, with fresh bedding and all surfaces clean and easy to use. The host also provided us with a gift of chocolates, this was a nice touch.
The only downside (although not a review of the place itself) is that you are 30-40 mins from central Madrid which means you need taxi's or to rent a car. Additionally, the nearest shop is a taxi ride away / or 20 minute run. This was not a problem for us as we spent most of the weekend together enjoying the villa.
The host was available by whatsapp which was very useful when we couldn't figure things out. She also recommended a taxi service who allowed us to book via whatsapp which was really useful for the language barrier!
A note to the host, that we would recommend that some of the decorative features are reduced (lamps / ornaments) for renting to large groups as we spent time upon arrival moving to the edges of the room out of the way so we didn't break them. They are very beautiful decorations though! The host has very good taste! :-)

My friends and I had an amazing time in this house.
The house is beautiful, the exterior is amazing (pool, barbecue space..). Everything is clean and we missed nothing. The interior is very comfortable. Madrid is at 25 minutes from the house very easy to get a cab and go to the center.
The host is available was avaialble at any time if we need her.
We will come back for sure !

The Claudia's house is a wonderful village located at 30 minutes of Madrid. The decoration is really special and has a lot if details that will let you to stay like at your home. The garden is very nice and the swiming pool is enought big to enjoy a sunny day. Claudia is a love and will attend you very well
