The living and dining area forms the heart of the apartment, featuring an open-hearth fireplace, a dedicated dining nook, and direct access to the balcony, which benefits from both a south-facing and west-facing orientation, offering remarkable panoramic views of the surrounding mountains. The first double bedroom is appointed with 1 double bed, a private shower and WC, a cable television, and its own access to the balcony, also enjoying the same south-facing and west-facing exposure. The remaining 2 double bedrooms are each furnished with 1 double bed, a private shower and WC, and a cable television. A separate WC serves as an additional facility within the apartment.
